The 2.25” Metal Button Options Include: Pin Button, Bottle Opener, Bottle Opener with Key Ring. The Bottle Opener and Bottle Opener with Key Ring have a small, but strong circle magnet included that allows you to attach the bottle opener button to a magnetized surface like a refrigerator, etc. When opening the bottle, the magnet can catch the metal bottle cap to keep it from falling to the floor. This is a very nice added feature.

Looking at the picture of the bottle opener back, the middle rectangle section on the back is open to allow for opening a bottle.
